It is common when I meet a client and their house for the first time that they get coy and be rather flippant about their 'things' and belongings and say "we don't need to keep these, or you can do whatever you want with them". Of course, I try to keep the objects because they say a lot about the inhabitants and their lives. Sometime they just need to be composed or moved to shed new light on them. Table Vignettes (or scenes) make these belongings come alive. Here are some examples from my growing file of collected vignettes images that I haver found from other designers.
