Adnet Rectangulaire from Gubi

I have recently been looking for mirrors for a residential job and gathered this stylish selection. The striking Adnet Circulaire from Gubi has graced this blog before - now it has a brother called the Rectangulaire. It has a leather studded frame and is available in several sizes.
Another circle mirror option that we found was the Hay Strap mirror - similar idea to the Circulaire, however this one is simpler with a shorter strap. All are available in New Zealand from Corporate Culture.

Round Leather Mirror by Adnet

Spotted on Remodelista - these stylish round leather campaign-style mirrors designed by French architect Jacques Adnet (1900-1984). Available from Gubi, the Adnet mirror is beautifully constructed with leather straps and brass details. What also makes the mirror unique is the strap that holds the mirror is in direct proportion to the dimension of the mirror. Stunning. Check out the exceptional staged interiors by Gubi (above) that exhibit the mirrors in true stylish form.

White Ornate Mirrors

This is a similar set up to my client's house - an orante white mirror above the fireplace.

Smaller ornate mirrors in the bathroom.

Here are some great examples of using white ornate mirrors in interiors. We purchased a large white ornate mirror for a client last year and it sits above her fire place mantle (similar to the top photo). For the same client, we are now looking at a smaller white one for the soon to be renovated toliet.  This version will not be as ornate but a little bit of detail would be nice.
