One architect that I continually admired is John Pawson. I saw him lecture in London and for someone who is famous for minimalism, he is a down to earth, slightly rumpled family guy. I spoke to him afterwards and he signed my copy of his book - yeah, just a wee bit of a fan.
Here is a house in Telluride by Pawson, via Remodelista. For a change, I admire the exterior more than I do the interior.
